Formia Smart VOC LV
Smart VOC LV ("Lean VOC")- Designed to process low (less than 0,5g/Nm3) VOC concentrations
The Smart VOC LV ("Lean VOC") product series is a very cost-efficient VOC purifier to process low concentrations (< 10% LEL). Low concentration VOC emissions are typically generated in printing and painting processes.
The LV has very low operational costs since it requires very little support energy in its operations. By concentrating the low emissions in the active carbon or zeolite container, the incineration process can utilize the inherent energy in the VOC, when oxidized (incinerated) across the catalyst.
By using adsorption and a catalyst, the whole system can be made to fit a standard 20 feet container and still process up to a maximum exhaust flow rate of 30,000 standard cubic feet per minute (scfm) (50,000 m3/h). Higher capacities can be achieved with parallel standard units or by tailoring bigger units in a larger "container".
