MIRATECH Announces Senior Management Changes.

Tulsa, OK — MIRATECH Corporation, one of the nation’s leading designers and manufacturers of emission control products, has announced a number of significant changes to its senior management ranks.
William “Bill” Clary was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Clary, a 16-year company veteran, formerly held the position of Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Engineering. MIRATECH’s former Vice President of Operations, Kevin O’ Sullivan, was named the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer.
Changes to the Sales/Engineering/Production ranks include the promotion of former Sales Director, David Zenthoefer, to Vice President of Sales. In addition, John Sartain was named Director of Engineering, and Don Lambert, formerly Production Manager, was appointed Director of Customer Operations.
“This is an exciting time for MIRATECH as we introduce new products and work to reach new and more diverse markets,” said Clary. “Collectively, this group represents better than a half century of experience with emission control products. These moves were made to help build upon that expertise and continue our push to provide the highest quality systems and components possible.”
